Tryout Information
PRIOR TO TRYOUTS
ON TRYOUT DAY
- Bring your USAV Membership, Illinois Heat Tryout Form & Waivers, and $25 Tryout Fee
- Doors open 30 minutes prior to the tryout start so you can check-in and warm-up.
- Those accepted into the program will receive instructions for the remaining paperwork that needs to be completed and when to turn it in.
Who: Girls 18U-10U and Boys 14U-10U
Tryout age is the age of the player on August 31, 2012.

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A WAIVER ON FILE TO TRY OUT. ALL PLAYERS MUST ALSO REGISTER AS A USAV MEMBER (SEE OUR WEBSITE FOR INSTRUCTIONS)
Tryout Fees
Tryout Fee $25, payable at the tryouts by cash or check. The tryout fee is one price and covers all tryouts for your age group. It will be one price regardless of the number of sessions attended and is non-refundable.
There is no tryout for the House Program, but players do need to attend one of the registration or tryout dates to sign up. They will participate with the 12U players that are trying out if they attend a tryout.
